Estate of DJ AM suing for wrongful death.

The estate of Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein has chosen to sue a number of defendents in a wrongful death suit. The estate is claiming the ultimate death of DJ AM was directly related to the actions of Clay Lacy Aviation, Learjet Inc., Goodyear Tire, and the estates of both pilots who were killed in the crash.
