No need to hang yourself just yet Joe! The judge in Francis's case has agreed to a plea bargain. No further jail time is to be served, but he will be on a one year probation. Francis pled guilty to filing false tax returns and attempting to bribe Nevada jail employees.
Francis is best known for his Girls Gone Wild franchise which includes several DVD releases, a magazine, and an upcoming new reality series.
