Joe Jackson's attempt at sucking more money out of his late son's estate has been blocked by a judge. Joe was not named in the will, and him and Michael had a tempestuous relationship throughout their lives. Said the judge, "I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation. Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."
