All these tapes he's been leaking over the past few weeks were allegedly recorded in 2008. Well, in 2005 Dina obtained a restraining order against Michael in Nassau County, New York which prohibits Michael from communicating with Dina until its expiration in 2011. Michael just may be heading for some hard time in prison for violating that order!

Michael Lohan headed for the slammer?
All these tapes he's been leaking over the past few weeks were allegedly recorded in 2008.
