Nicole Richie has claimed these two were responsible for a recent car accident she was involved in. Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel have been waiting outside Richie's home hours at a time for the star to emerge, then screaming at her to get her attention, and chasing her while she drives away in her car. The judge in the case, Carol Boas Goodson, granted the restraining order stating the two paps must stay at least 50 yards away from Richie and her children.

Nicole Richie has claimed these two were responsible for a recent car accident she was involved in. Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel have been waiting outside Richie's home hours at a time for the star to emerge, then screaming at her to get her attention, and chasing her while she drives away in her car.
