Sources close to Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are claiming that both have openly mentioned how their marriage is failing. The two have been separated for quite some time, and after the Christmas Day incident, Brooke has said that she will be filing for divorce. "Both of them are miserable in the marriage. That's why they were apart," said a mutual friend, "Both were separately telling friends their marriage was over before this happened."
