The arbitrator has ruled and his decision has been put forth to Jon and Kate. Both agreed to the settlement, and asked the judge to sign the papers that will officially end their marriage. The exact details of the settlement are kept private, but seeing that they both agreed to the terms, no doubt it was fair.It's been a long time coming Kate, you're free of that homewrecker Jon!
