Not Taylor Lautner, but his costar Chaske Spencer is reported to have checked into rehab prior to filming the 2nd film in the Twilight series. It appears that either cocaine or methamphetamine was the drug of choice as fellow patient stated Spencer would get "jittery after using...that he'd get tweaked out and stay locked in his room."He continued, "Chaske confided to me that he was up for a role in a 'really big movie' and didn’t want to screw it up. He said, 'If anyone finds out I’m here, it would be the worst thing in the world. It could ruin my career! Chaske is part Lakota Sioux and part Nez Perce, so he really identifies with the Native American culture. He wanted to get sober in a place with other Native Americans."
