4) ER - All in the Family aired February 17th 2000. 39.4 million viewers.
5) American Idol - Season 6 premier aired January 16th 2007. 38.1 million viewers.
6) Grey's Anatomy - Code Black aired February 5th 2006. 38.0 million viewers.
7) Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Early May 2003. 36 million viewers.
