In a recent interview, Anne Hathaway revealed that her and her family chose to leave the catholic religion when her older brother Michael came out of the closet. The actress has said that she couldn't be associated with a religion that didn't support her brother's beliefs. Said Hathaway, "The whole family converted to Episcopalianism after my elder brother came out. Why should I support an organization that has a limited view of my beloved brother?"
