DMX is being sued for $1 million for failing to honor a fight against muscled actor Eric Martinez in a scheduled boxing match. DMX refused to participate after being informed the promoters wouldn't fix the fight to his advantage (how else would he win?). In retaliation, Thunder Productions is suing the rapper after being stuck with a hefty bill for his refusal to fight.
Coolio is reported to replace DMX in the match.
