More details have come to light in the Miley Cyrus bus crash earlier this that claimed the life of the driver. Witnesses say that after the bus turned over, Bill Douglas went into cardiac arrest. According to a clip of a call obtained by Access Hollywood, a caller can be heard telling authorities, "RV flipped over. The man just went into cardiac arrest. We are going to need some help soon? He's moving? He's turning purple?"
