Taken just months before her grisly murder, a rare photo taken by David Bailey is set to be auctioned off at Christie's in New York. It's expected to fetch between $8,000 and $12,000 in the December 7th event. Polanski was finally arrested this year after fleeing the U.S. when he was charged with unlawful intercourse in 1977. He was accused of giving drugs and alcohol to a 13 year old girl and then raping her.
