Chaz Bono feels gender change was his best decision.

In an interview on ABC's Good Morning America, Chaz Bono has said that the gender change was the best thing he could have ever done. Born to Sonny and Cher Bono as Chastity, the reality star has made his decisions very public. He has spent the last 8 months taking hormones in the beginning stages of the process which takes several years. Bono, who came out as a lesbian nearly 12 years ago, said to ABC, "To me, gender is between your ears, not between your legs. I've felt male as far back as I can remember."
