Ohio police chief Barry Carpenter has been accused of burglary and receiving stolen property. Him and Police Chief Chad Dojack broke into Ross's home, taking documents that linked her to being the surrogate. They are accused of planning to sell the information to the paparazzi.

Michelle Ross, the surrogate who bore the twins for Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker is expected to take the stand later today. Ohio police chief Barry Carpenter has been accused of burglary and receiving stolen property.
