It's been 50 years since Berry Gordy founded Motown Records in Detroit, Michigan. For the occasion, a grand gala and fundraiser is planned at the Motown Historical Museum in the Motor City. Set to be a fantastic event, scheduled performances by Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, and duet partners Stevie Wonder and Kid Rock are sure to be phenomenal. Also planned is a tribute to Motown artists who have passed away, including Michael Jackson. At Jackson's funeral service, Berry called him "the greatest entertainer that ever lived."
