Looks like Mommie Dearest isn't paying her rent! As being reported by the National Enquirer, the Hollywood legend is facing eviction if she doesn't pay some back rent to her landlord. Apparently the building's owners, Vanderleigh Properties, have gone to New York County Civil Court in an attempt to get the Dunaway to fork over the cash or hit the highway if evicted.
